Our story
The Heart Gallery by Partnership for Strong Families is part of a broader mission to support children in foster care and connect them with loving adoptive families. Our roots trace back to 2003 when Partnership for Strong Families (PSF) became the lead agency for child welfare services in North Central Florida. As part of Florida’s Community-Based Care initiative, PSF collaborates with local partners to provide advocacy, resources, and support for children in need of permanent homes. Through this commitment, the Heart Gallery continues to shine a light on children waiting for their forever families, inspiring communities to make a difference.
